Toowoomba is one of the most affordable cities in Queensland, however that is all about to change. Come and hear why Toowoomba is about to undergo considerable growth on the back of the LNG Pipeline and additional coal mines earmarked for the Surat Basin.

After great feedback and several requests for another event, we have decided ot hold a second event for this session at caloundra in conjunction with Queenland Property Investment.

2009 Christmas Party

Loan Wize celebrated Christmas with a bang on Tuesday the 8th of December when they had their Christmas party at the Mooloolaba Surf Life Saving Club with special guest 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist for Rowing, Duncan Free. It was a fantastic evening and a great opportunity to thank our wonderful referral partners for thier support over the last year. Duncan was fantastic and had some great stories and everyone had a good time. We finished off the night with some Salsa Dancing, which was fun and entertaining.
